I'm starting to take it personally...

I understand I'm going on vacation for the last week of the show, but that still doesn't answer why I'm averaging 2 shifts a week when my other two co-workers average 3. I am not asking to be compensated for my voluntary absence, but I do expect to be scheduled equally for the three weeks prior to my trip. I'm starting to think my manager is either completely retarded in his staffing skills or he has issues with me. I'm guessing it's the later. I'm usually straight forward with him and honest. In short and with the last week excluded, co-worker1- 12shifts, co-worker2- 9, me-6. This is retarded and really not worth my time, but I'm PISST! I think it's time to stop bitching and find a new "fun" job.
