50ish ODD Things About Me
1. My favorite possession is my sense of humor. It keeps me going.
2. I don't own a gun but I grew up with them. I have shot everything but an automatic and I am a pretty good shot.
3. I get a little nervous before doctor appointments.
4. I like hot dogs that are kosher and *real* turkey.
5. My favorite Christmas song is Silver Bells
6. In the morning I prefer to drink Peet's coffee or tea
7. I can't do push ups.
8. My bathroom is clean, but since I like to dye my hair bright red washing it has turned the tub pink.
9. My favorite piece of Jewelry is a necklace that holds a silver coin with a phoenix stamped on one side and on the other, Ohm.
10. Nanaproxen Sodium is the only pain killer I take on a "monthly" basis.
11. I have A.D.H.D.
12. I have the belt of Orion on my right shoulder.
13. 3 things I drink regularly are: water, tea, and coffee. Occasionally, during finals I drink a lot of diet mountain dew.
14. My favorite place to be is Black Rock Desert during the last week in August and the first week in September.
15. I am currently single. I like the idea of meeting someone I can co-exist with.
16. I don't believe I need to sign a piece of paper to legalize my love for somebody. I'd rather have a huge party than a wedding.
17. I think I would be a good parent, but I don't want kids. I have never wanted or felt the need to have children.
18. My favorite color to wear in my hair is red. My favorite color to look at is Blue and green. My favorite color to wear is black.
19. Considering how pirates really lived, I don't think I would enjoy being one.
20. I am sexually attracted to males.
21. I don't like to sing in the shower, but I'm a rock star in my car.
22. When I was 5 my mom took me to see The Elephant Man. I couldn't sleep by myself for a few months and since then I haven't been able to sleep with the closet door open unless someone else was in the room with me.
23. Since I was a kid my nightmares consisted of Tornadoes, Tsunami's and the dead coming back to get me.
24. My worst injury was when I fell off my parent’s bed at the age of 3. I was rushed to the hospital, tied down and received something like 8 stitches. I carry the scar by my left eye.
25. The best feeling in the world is knowing that you are loved back.
26. The worst feeling in the world is disappointment or greasy pizza, I can't decide.
27. I think I am my friend's loudest friend.
28. I always wish on shooting stars.
29. I love sushi, Thai and In and Out. I love (chili) hot food too!
30. My favorite candies are smarties, kisses and white chocolate.
31. At my funeral I want everyone to leave drunk and full of good food. It should be the best going away party ever.
32. The first thing I usually think of in the morning when I wake up is that I have to pee and do I have time to get more sleep (the later if it's a work day).
33. I'm completely turned off by narcissism. I hate it when people spit too.
34. When I need to relax I read a book.
35. I believe that it's impossible for Earth to be the only planet with life and that energy is all around us in various forms that we can or can not sometimes see.
36. My greatest fear in life is losing the people I love.
37. I am not afraid of death, that is, I am not afraid to die.
38. My birth parents are still together, I love them both and we are very close.
39. Sometimes people say I intimidate them. I am open, honest and I learn quickly. I am a free spirit. I am forgiving, but I never forget. I can be influenced, but I do things because I want to do them. I am not a follower.
40. I have one friend who has known me since I was 5, one friend who’s known me since I was 7, one friend who’s known me since I was 9, and 1 friend who's known me since I was 15. I wouldn't trade them for anything. There are few people outside of family who know the fundamental you.
41. I am currently in school. My major is OT and my minor is Psych.
42. The first thing I do when I get home is take off my bra, then shoes and socks.
43. I don't like drama. I'm not a girly girl, but I am very affectionate and I love to cuddle. I like to wear make-up but not all the time. I'm not a hippie but I'm a nature girl and other than my bright red hair, I like the natural look.
44. I always dress up for Halloween.
45. The weirdest place I have slept is on a cot in the parking lot of Wals-mart. I was in my sleeping bag, under the stars and toasty warm.
46. I try to stay away from labels. I usually rip them off or hide them when I find them on my clothes. I don't like to advertise.
47. I love jeans, hoodies, and docs. I have curly hair. My ears are pierced 9 times but I only wear the top two in my upper left ear.
48. I have jumped into a pool with my clothes on.
49. I am obsessed with LOST.
50. I never understood the loofa thing.
51. I like to spread the word of Garlic.
52. Genetics first, psychology second, and astrology third.
53. I have unintentionally named all of the vehicles I've owned.
#1. The Doom Buggy: a little black hatchback. When I brought it home from the auction I started to clean the "stain" from the fabric of the back seats and discovered the chocolate was actually blood.
#2. Babe the Blue Ox: a Taurus. My first stick shift. Thank you mom for teaching patiently how to drive it.
#3. Karmakitty: the Saturn I bought from Chris’s mom! I drove that car everywhere…
